i got a new blogger update and i want to test it with some pictures! specifically ones i edited lately

here i was practicing taking portraits and touching them up and all that

 i had a photo shoot with h. i got some really good ones of her, but i had to share these 'cause they make me laugh ;)

i love the new update; it makes posting a lot easier. i just wish i found out about it sooner.

after like 9 months...

For the high school summer retreat last year, we went to lonetree lakeshore.

I like words, but this sums it up better-

Can you hear me screaming?
"I liked those shoes... that was a creepy bus... There's me!... ya, we slept on hammocks. we're cool like that... It was a giant slide!... you know what made me happy? I didn't fall off!... they were insane... That's me!... we were pirates of the carribean... My sand castle- well Valarie helped- like a lot... That was the funnest part... anyone can be a ballerina when you put twizzlers in front of them!... we had no idea where we were going... we played ninja tag 'just to see what happens'... grand dance puma!... rapids!... sunburn!... That's me!... OMGOODNESS I want to do it again!!"

that's what i thought.

Yay! I finally made my backround! I like the simplicity- it's cleaner but still pretty touches. It was easier than I thought, I just needed to sit down and do it ;) I changed a picture in my header too. Origanally I wanted a picture of a rose, but they weren't blooming yet. Problem solved! I'ts fun making my own designs, even if they aren't as good, because the practice helps ;) It personalizes it a lot more. Lets me weave in more secrets...
I would still like to learn how to do a better signature though. If you have any tips let me know!

For Mother's Day

Chemistry and Algebra

I used to do ok, but then highschool came. end of story. It went beyond jibberish. seriously, it's throwup on a chalkboard

April flowers bring May showers

or it did this year. in april, new life was starting to show but not a cloud in the sky.

then a couple days in to may, the heavens decided to sprinkle some drops all around.

I guess rain can be seen as gloomy sometimes, but to me it's beautiful and refreshing.

i was so happy watching outside! and i wasn't the only one

food has a way of bringing people together, ya' know?

it's just so yummy. especially green chili dip. i had some today. mmm. and any gringos (like me) who have not tasted it should run to new mexico and do it right now ;) the first time i tried it i also happened to be really hyper. in a txt conversation, i was rambling to my freind about dip and candy and quarters...

ya, she said i was crazy.
